Payment - All orders require a non-refundable 30% deposit to be paid at the time of ordering. The balance of the
payment must be made 7 days prior to the event. Payments can be made by Direct Bank Deposit, Credit of Debit Card or
in Cash (no cheques excepted sorry!)
Our prices are all inclusive of GST.
Bond - We require a security bond for all hire contracts. The security bond depends on the total value of the hire. The bond will be refunded as soon as the goods have been returned in full and in the agreed condition. The hirer is liable for any loss or damage to the items during the hire contract.
Transport - Unless quoted otherwise, prices shown are exclusive of transport charges. We do offer a delivery service within Victoria. Please contact us to request a quote for delivery.
Cleaning - All items must be cleaned prior to return (unless quoted otherwise). If the items are returned dirty, we may deduct a cleaning fee out of your bond.
